Whistle Stop
Listens for the referee’s whistle and stops the game clock at the moment the whistle began. In Ask mode, one tap stops it at the exact time; in Auto-stop it stops itself, with Undo.
Audio is analyzed on the device and never recorded.

Camera & microphone assists
Courtside uses the sensors already in your device to take the busywork off the scorer. Every automatic action is announced and can be undone in one tap.

Point the camera at the gym scoreboard. Courtside reads the clock and keeps its own in step. Its authority is bounded: it never changes the score.
Frames are processed on the device and never saved.
Reads jersey numbers to propose substitutions. On iPad, Roster Scan imports a printed roster through the system document scanner.
Every proposal waits for your tap.
Scorebook
Tap +2, then the player. A basket counts once its player is chosen, or credit the team and assign it later. Plays that imply the next one ask for it.

Scoreboard
Game clock with tenths under a minute, an optional shot clock (24, 30 or 35 seconds) that resets by the rules, periods, overtime, horn and break timers. Bonus and double bonus, foul-outs, technicals and timeout allotments follow the preset you pick.
Android foldables
Open, each team owns one half of the screen, mirrored around the hinge. Closed, the cover screen is a one-handed scoreboard. Half-folded, it stands up as a scoreboard with the controls below. The clock never hiccups across folds.

iPad
Flat on the scorer’s table in landscape, with drag-to-sub, context menus and keyboard shortcuts (Space starts and stops the clock). Connect a TV with AirPlay or a cable and it shows a read-only arena scoreboard while the iPad keeps the controls.
After the game
Box score for both teams, scoring by period, shot chart and team comparison. Share a score card image, a PDF box score or CSV stats and play-by-play. Season stats build up for every saved team.

Private by design
Courtside works offline and keeps your teams and games on your device. Audio and camera frames are processed in memory and never stored.
